Power Automate vs UiPath vs Noxus

Noxus runs live operations for banks, insurers, healthcare groups and manufacturers across Europe.
Where Noxus is different
One process definition across agents, people and systems
Activities, rules, intervention points and outcomes live in a single process definition rather than across a portfolio of separately built automations. Each activity goes to an agent, a deterministic step, a person or an existing system, and one execution record covers the whole operation.
Deterministic rules beside AI judgement
Rules, thresholds, calculations and accountable approvals stay deterministic, mapped from the written SOPs. Model use is constrained to defined activities, grounded in the operation, validated against source data, and anything uncertain reaches a person with the context assembled.
Production in 30 days on existing systems
Forward-deployed engineers map how the operation runs today, quantify what it costs and build the process on the live systems and data. For SAP estates that includes the deployment pattern, whether self-hosted, hybrid or an agent sitting on-premises beside the database.

Power Automate and UiPath are both automation estates. You build automations, orchestrate them and grow the collection over time, and both have moved well beyond where they started. UiPath now covers agents, orchestration and case management. Noxus is organised around the process rather than the automation. A Work Queue holds the live cases, each Case carries its state from intake to outcome, and Process Builder holds the logic that decides which activity runs next and who performs it. If the question is which automations to add next, Power Automate and UiPath cover it. But maintaining tens or hundreds of independently built agents, workflows and integrations creates a layer of fragmentation. A shared process layer gives the organisation a common way to define, test, run, govern and improve those processes rather than treating each change as another isolated project.
Two routes. You can create an account at app.noxus.ai and build flows, agents and knowledge bases yourself. Or you can book a working session, in which a Noxus engineer maps how one of your operations runs today, quantifies what it costs and proposes the process that would replace it. That session produces a business case with the numbers and the implementation dependencies set out.
Nothing gets retired to start. Existing automations keep running, and Noxus can call them as steps inside a process. Most engagements begin with one operation that already has a measured cost, prove it on your live systems within weeks, then extend into adjacent processes. Teams usually keep their UiPath robots or Power Automate flows for the tasks those already handle well, and use Noxus for the case that those tasks sit inside.
Yes, and in three patterns depending on your architecture. Fully self-hosted, where Noxus and SAP both run inside your cloud and nothing leaves the environment. Hybrid, where Noxus is hosted for you and the piece that touches SAP lives inside your cloud next to SAP, with only orchestration signals crossing the boundary. On-premises, where an agent sits next to SAP on your own servers and talks straight to the database. Production connections today include direct OData integration with write-back into inspection lots, goods receipts and quality notifications.
No. Where a UiPath robot or a Power Automate flow already does a job reliably, keep it and let the process call it. The question worth asking is where the case state, the exception handling and the operational ownership live today. If the answer is a spreadsheet and a person's inbox, that is the gap Noxus fills.
One governed process definition runs on shared cloud, your own cloud or VPC, on-premises or private infrastructure, or a restricted air-gapped environment, each reaching only the model endpoints your governance approves. In a customer-controlled deployment, process data, documents, case state, execution history and audit records stay inside your perimeter, with bring-your-own-key encryption and no training on client data. Access to internal systems stays subject to your identity, credentials, permissions and network controls. Audit logs export to your own SIEM, and all AI activity is instrumented with OpenTelemetry, so traces land in the observability stack you already run.
