Nintex vs Power Automate vs Noxus

Noxus runs live operations for banks, insurers, healthcare groups and manufacturers across Europe.
Where Noxus is different
The document is read before anyone opens it
An email arrives with three attachments and no structure. An agent identifies the document type, extracts the data and matches it to the right record, so a person receives the operation with the evidence already assembled against the record.
Extracted data is checked against the specification in SAP
Extracted data is validated against acceptance criteria in SAP QM and MM, certificate validity and the quality rules the plant already applies. Failures are routed to the quality team with the document, the extracted data and the SAP context attached.
The outcome is written back into SAP
Results are written into the inspection lot, goods receipt or quality notification as the closing step, under the credentials and permissions IT controls, with the full action history retained against the operation. Existing forms and approvals keep their place inside the process.

Nintex and Power Automate route work to people and between systems once someone has told them what the work is. A form gets filled in, an approval fires, a document is generated, a record updates. Noxus covers the step before that. An email arrives with three attachments and no structure, and an agent reads it, identifies the document type, extracts the data and checks it against the specification held in your system of record. What reaches a person is the exception, with the evidence already assembled. The approval workflow you have today still has a place inside that process.
Two routes. You can create an account at app.noxus.ai and build flows, agents and knowledge bases yourself. Or you can book a working session, in which a Noxus engineer maps how one of your operations runs today, quantifies what it costs and proposes the process that would replace it. That session produces a business case with the numbers and the implementation dependencies set out.
One process at a time. Existing workflows keep running, and Noxus can call them as steps where they already work well. Engagements usually start with a single document-heavy operation that carries a measurable cost, prove it on your live systems within weeks, then extend into adjacent work once the infrastructure is running. Teams often keep their existing forms and approvals and change only what happens before the approval.
Supplier quality document processing against SAP QM and MM, with write-back into inspection lots, goods receipts and quality notifications. PPAP review element by element against the part's submission level. Supplier and customer quality claims, including 8D tracking against contractual deadlines. Invoice matching and reconciliation across SAP, Oracle and SharePoint. Loan origination document processing in banking, and claims intake in insurance. In each case the document arrives through email, a portal, EDI or a shared drive rather than a structured form.
No. A person approving a consequential decision stays part of the process, and so does the form that captures a request. What changes is how much assembly happens before that approval. The reviewer receives the case with the documents read, the data extracted and the checks already run against the system of record, rather than a notification asking them to go and look.
One governed process definition runs on shared cloud, your own cloud or VPC, on-premises, or a restricted air-gapped environment, reaching only the model endpoints your governance approves. In a customer-controlled deployment, process data, documents, case state and audit records stay inside your perimeter, with bring-your-own-key encryption and no training on client data. The trail itself holds every action taken against the case: what each agent did, which systems were updated, where a person intervened, what failed and how it was resolved. That history stays available after the case closes and exports to your own SIEM for a regulator or an internal audit.
