n8n vs Power Automate vs Noxus

Noxus runs live operations for banks, insurers, healthcare groups and manufacturers across Europe.
Where Noxus is different
The operation runs end to end
A complaint, a claim, or a document crosses several systems and several people. Noxus carries it from intake to closure, following the applicable business logic, managing its state across the required activities, and writing the outcome into the system of record.
Unstructured intake becomes structured operational data
Email, scanned documents, portal submissions and tickets are classified on arrival and turned into structured data the operation can act on. Rules, thresholds and calculations stay deterministic, mapped from the written SOPs, so the model handles interpretation only.
Full traceability and auditability
Agent actions, system writes, human interventions and failures land in a single replayable history that stays with the operation after it closes. Any decision can be reconstructed without piecing it together from run logs and email threads.

n8n and Power Automate are both built around the workflow: a trigger fires and a defined sequence runs. Noxus is built around the case. A complaint, claim or document arrives, becomes a case with its own state, and stays open while agents interpret the content, deterministic steps apply your policy, a person handles anything uncertain and the outcome is written into your system of record. If the work you want to automate is a clear workflow between applications, n8n and Power Automate cover it. But maintaining tens or hundreds of independently built agents, workflows and integrations creates a layer of fragmentation. A shared process layer gives the organisation a common way to define, test, run, govern and improve those processes rather than treating each change as another isolated project.
Two routes. You can create an account at app.noxus.ai and build flows, agents and knowledge bases yourself. Or you can book a working session, in which a Noxus engineer maps how one of your operations runs today, quantifies what it costs and proposes the process that would replace it. That session produces a business case with the numbers and the implementation dependencies set out.

Supplier document processing, claims and PPAP review against SAP QM and MM in manufacturing. Invoice matching and reconciliation across SAP, Oracle and SharePoint in finance. Complaint handling, billing disputes and account changes in banking. Patient and administrative communication triage in healthcare, under GDPR Article 9. Product classification and catalogue enrichment across thousands of daily listings in retail. The common shape is high volume, several systems per case and a person currently bridging the gaps.
No. SAP stays authoritative for an order, Salesforce for a customer, ServiceNow for a ticket. Noxus holds how those records move through work, from the request arriving to the outcome being posted back. Existing automations keep their place too. Where a Power Automate flow or an n8n workflow already does a job well, the process calls it as a step rather than rebuilding it.
You choose. Noxus runs in shared cloud, in your own cloud or VPC, on-premises, or in a restricted air-gapped environment. In a customer-controlled deployment, process data, documents, case state, execution history and audit records stay inside your perimeter. Model access is separate from the process definition, so you decide which model endpoints the process may reach, and bring-your-own-key encryption applies throughout. No client data is used for training in any deployment model. Access to your internal systems stays subject to your own identity, credentials, permissions and network controls, which is usually the point where a security review either clears a tool or stops it.
